A flagship customer education curriculum designed to onboard and retain subscribers for a DTC learning platform.
My role:
Curriculum UX design, full layout build, cover design and illustration, and editorial system mapping.
Timeline:
6-week sprint from concept to launch.
The company' premium subscribers were dropping off, so they sought increase the perceived value of the subscription, without overwhelming new users.
Defined and managed the cross-departmental goals, defining key learning milestones and marketing outcomes. Led the visual system that made complex content easy to navigate. Checked it against research panel for user fit.
